Susan will put your mind at ease in trying times.
This law firm was referred to me about five years ago by a good friend in regard to a personal injury issue I had. It was handled very professionally and resolved favorably for myself. My knid of Attorney

"I endorse this lawyer. When I started out as an attorney, Sue was one of my mentors and I worked with her firm for about a year. She is still a friend and someone I can rely on to assist in practice areas that I do not do such as adoption, guardianship and real estate. She has helped me and my firm on many cases over the years. Sue was recently disciplined by the bar for representing two clients who were suing the same debtor. Although she did not think it was a conflict of interest (since one client even referred the other to her) the bar believed there was a conflict of interest and she should not have represented both of them. Since that time, she has learned more about conflicts and is still the caring and exceptional attorney that she has always been. I continue to refer clients to her."

“In 2009 I was asked to represent 2 clients against a single debtor. One of the clients referred the other to me. I did not see any direct conflict, but the bar later determined that I should not have represented both clients and this resulted in the bar disciplining me in 2015 (even though the incident occurred in 2009). This has been a learning experience. Since then I have taken classes in recognizing client conflict.”
