Great Service, Highly Recommend!

Ken was extremely knowledgeable, was seeking only the best legal advice for me regardless of whether or not he benefited. I felt confident that my personal interest was #1 to him. He was available at any time to answer as many questions as I had throughout the process. His service excelled and stood... out from other attorney's I've used in his 1-knowledge being "big picture", 2- accessibility, 3- trustworthy, and 4- immediate responses. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Divorce is unfortunate and sad. Ken was professional and patient. He assisted me through the entire process with kindness and respect. I have referred a few friends to him and they all told me how helpful he was to their situations. Ken was upfront about timelines, cost and possible outcomes. I woul...d not hesitate to consult his services again.

I highly recommend Mr. Kissir for his abilities, quality of service, responsiveness , legal knowledge & outstanding value.

As a former District Attorney, Mr. Kissir's applied his legal expertise and technical knowledge giving our grandparent rights case the outcome we had desired. We now have our grand daughter 4 days a week. He is competent and communicated credibly to the judge and honestly with us. He explained the st...eps in our case and thoroughly answered all questions. He prepared us for court and was prompt to return phone calls or emails. I am very impressed that he understood we did not have unlimited resources and used our time wisely. Mr. Kissir was recommended to us through another attorney. My husband works in a large law firm as IT (Computer Technician) and asked for a respected attorney in family law, we are more then pleased he represented us. We had to go to court a total of four times. There is no one else we would want to represent us. Mr. Kissir is easy to speak with. He cared about us and our family situation. We highly recommend his services and will definitely be using his services in the future.

Mr. Kissir is the kind of lawyer you want on your side of the table!

Mr. Kissir represented our son in a family law case. He is a good listener and capable of taking volumes of information and focusing on the critical, specific issues. He takes control and provides advice right from the start. No games, no wasted time, just define the issue, gather the facts, verif...y the facts, and prepare for the court hearing. He keeps you advised as time passes so you know where you stand and know what is coming at you, all the time emphasizing simplicity and accuracy. Where Mr Kissir excels is his presentation and demeanor in court. He is patient, calm, and observant in every respect. He quickly is in tune with the Judge's wishes and the personality of the judge's courtroom. His knowledge and use of the law is excellent. As time went on, it became apparent his actions were in tune with the Judge's thought processes. The opposing lawyer and client quickly became aware of Mr. Kissir and his unrelenting demands on them. Again, simplicity and documented facts are his specialty. All of his objections were upheld. His ability to focus in on the abuse of the law or the misstatements of the opposing side was remarkable. I have a brother in law with over 30 years in service with City, County and State Police who attended the hearing and observed. He wanted to make sure our son got a fair hearing and was there to point out problems or issues that may have been handled in a different way. He said he has been in too many court proceedings, in front of legislative committees, and public meetings to count, but that we "were very lucky to have found such a good attorney". Mr. Kissir is calm, polite, easy to get along with yet aggressive and dogged in his approach to lies or misstatements or assumptions on the part of his opposition. His summation was on point throughout. I listened hoping everything would be covered, both on my son's side and against the accusations and lies of the other side. When it was over I thought to myself it was clear and without a flaw. Everything was covered, nothing was left out. In spite of overwhelming witnesses, professional and private citizens hired by the other side to try to cloud the issues with coached and role played preparations, Mr. Kissir was able to glean out the smoke and mirrors technique of the opposing attorney and drive home the actual facts with documentation and clarity to the court. This is the type of man you want standing at your back. You need someone you can trust to protect you from anything unseen or unheard as they approach you. He is the choice, the lawyer you pray for when trying to find someone to help you gain control in you life. We look at him as the perfect match for what we needed. We've rated him as excellent but to rate him with stars is less than accurate. There are many attorneys out there promising everything but can't perform at one stage or another in the judicial process. He takes you from the introduction to the WIN with poise and confidence. If this form would allow me I would put my name and phone # and email address in this area so you could contact me. In this crazy world of "law" you need someone to trust ... this is the time to trust my recommendation. Finding him came from a state of desperation, fear, anger, and then prayer. In our book he is an answer to prayer. He protected our entire family, especially our grandchildren.

Great Experience

I went to Mr. Kissir for assistance with a very stressful matter ( to keep a restraining order in place that was contested) and Mr. Kissir was very professional, knowledgeable, and very understanding of how difficult the situation was. These days it's harder and harder to find a lawyer that is both... ethical and effective but that's exactly what you will find with him.
