Jason Heym of Goldberg-Jones

Jason handled my divorce and I was very satisfied with the outcome. During the process Jason gave me great solid advise that on several occasions was definitely not what I wanted to hear (sell the house etc.) but was indeed the very best advise. He was patient when I needed time to process things and... spurred me into action when I needed it. I absolutely recommend Jason if you are in need of a divorce. Solid legal representation with compassion for your bad situation.

If I had to describe Jason in one word I would say “awesome”

If I had to describe Jason in one word I would say “awesome” Jason was very attentive and perceptive to the issue involving my case. Including his experience in law and divorce he also has a degree in finance which I believe gave him an understanding and an edge in the case. He is not only a... very intelligent attorney but he also has a deep concern for his client and a dedication to get the best outcome possible for you. He is truly an attorney who is willing to fight for you every inch of the way to make sure you not only get what is fair but he is always thinking of the effects of the outcome and how you will be effected in the years to come. His knowledge and understanding on how retirement, 401K and other investments play into the case was impressive and he was able to pull all of this together in order to come out with the best possible settlement for me as his client. Jason not only worked hard for me but I also found out towards the beginning of the process that his reputation as a great negotiator had a good record. This was said by an outside attorney who had dealt with Jason and with the firm of Goldberg Jones. Jason kept me informed of the developments on regular bases and made sure I always understood what was happening in the case. He even stepped in to help with a real estate agent who had dropped the ball and sent a letter on my behalf to help bring things back to where they needed to be. As a result I was able to continue and finalize the sale of the house in question. He has not only done an outstanding job in representing me and getting me the best settlement possible, he was also a great support at a time when all seemed to be falling apart in my life. He was always there with words of encouragement and reassuring me that all would be well.
