David has over ten years of experience representing clients in all areas of construction transactions, counseling, and litigation. He began his career at the Oregon Department of Justice, where he served as an Honors Attorney in the Commercial and Environmental Litigation Section, the section which represented ODOT in its construction claims. David’s practice now covers all aspects of contract drafting and negotiating, procurement, bidding, and claim prosecution and defense, from contract drafting to trial.

Saw Mr Bowser in a public restroom, pretty sure he was soliciting other men using the facilities.

He’s a terrible Lawyer representing a terrible company! Look up Executive roof services and you’ll see the news on National headlines! Not worth being dragged in the mud but if that’s what your looking for then he’s your guy!
