Going through divorce, albeit even the most amicable is emotionally taxing. When I filed for divorce to exit a toxic marriage and my ex-husband contested, I knew it was time for legal counsel. I searched for a while, many attorneys were busy with trials or heavy workloads, which is understandable. I felt a lot less anxiety about the whole divorce process having Chris in my corner concerning the legal part of things. He was very fair in his retainer fee and was quick, direct and clear in his communication (something I really appreciate!). I left him a voice message, he returned my call within a couple of hours, asked great questions, seemed knowledgeable and his website felt like the same person I'd spoken with so I decided to hire him.
