Anthony Allan Perrault

I retained Tony Perrault last year during one of the most difficult and challenging times of my entire life. I was confused, scared, and completely unsure about my and my child's future. From the moment I spoke with Tony over the phone, I knew I had made the right decision. Right off the bat he appea...red to be understanding, trustworthy, and knowledgable and I felt these qualities and his dilligence would help me achieve the most positive outcome possible for my case. He has proven this true and more. Mr Perrault is honest, experienced, aggressive when needed, straight forward, communicates extremely effectively and his fees were reasonable. He made himself available to me whenever I needed him and not once failed to ease my mind during extremely difficult moments (and I have had many). On the rare times he was not immediately available to answer my questions, his staff was wonderful, kind and attentive. I am extremely satisfied witht the recent outcome of my child custody case; I unfortunately have a long road ahead of me in regards to settling further custody and child support issues with my ex but I feel confident Mr. Perrault will continue to exceed my expectations and I highly recommend his services.

Here is some background on my Case and Tony Perrault. I live in Texas. After being divorced for 3 ½ years, my Ex gave me both kids to live with me for a year. During that time my son and daughter both reported to me acts of abuse committed by their mother against them. I tried to file in Texas and ha...ve the case heard here. There was a motion of Emergency Custody in my favor here in Texas, until jurisdiction could be resolved. Even though the court gave me custody, my Ex came and tried to kidnap my children from me. The court made her send the kids back within 12 hours at her own expense. Ultimately the case was kept in Hawaii because my Ex lives there. My wife and I interviewed SEVERAL attorneys. All of them told us that we had a slim to no chance of winning the case. They even asked for an $8-10,000 retainer when they already had it in their minds that we were going to lose. When we got to Tony, he was completely different. He was attentive, direct, very positive, and even came up with things that the other attorneys never even mentioned. We had a good feeling about him, and we were right! Tony was very ravenous and took to our case expeditiously. There was several hearings, and a lot of rescheduling hearings by the court. During several of the hearings, things did not appear to be going well. Tony reassured that this wasn’t going to be an easy win, but to hold on and keep the faith. There were days where my Ex would try and pull some crazy stuff over here or over there in Hawaii. Tony was always there for us. He answered calls days, nights, and weekends whenever we had questions or needed an update. He returned calls within reasonable time. During the 8 months that our case was being heard in Hawaii, Tony always believed in us and our family. There were plenty of frustrations during all of this. Tony told us the truth no matter if we liked it or not. Whether a tactic was good or not. If a motion being filed by either party was good or not. Tony was NOT the type to take our money and run, or sit on his hands milking it. Tony worked diligently on all aspects of our case. During the 22 months that I had the kids, my Ex was still receiving child support from us. Even though she did not have the kids, she kept the money and never paid us ANY kind of support. Tony gave a discount, when he knew we did not have enough to support our kids and pay his fees. In the end, He beat 2 highly respected lawyers and won us our kids! Tony convinced the judge to make my Ex pay back the money she illegally received for those 22 months! I would be remiss if I had anything other than tremendous things to say about Tony. We are forever grateful!
