Biography
For the first ten years of my legal career I primarily represented insurance companies defending claims and lawsuits brought by individuals who had been injured by someone else's negligence. Thereafter, I moved away from this type of representation and now primarily represent the injured party. Our cases include for example: car accidents, dog bites, slip and fall cases, premises liability cases, motorcycle and big rig accidents. It is rewarding to successfully help someone who is injured and truly needs help in navigating the claims proceess and proceding with actual civil litgation (a trial) if necessary. Ultiamtely, our goal at the Haslerud Law Office is to satisfy if not exceed our client's expectations and to secure a swift and successful resolution of their case. Having worked as an insurance defense attorney for many years gives our team a better insight and understanding of how insurance companies handle these claims and how to put our clients in the best position to succeed. In fact, our legal staff includes a former insurance company claims adjuster with over 25 years in the industry.
