Money hungry. would only return calls as to when sh could expect payment. i made every payment to her. my payments were due on the 15th. when i did not make my payment on the 15th as my case was settled the 19th she sent me a letter to be removed as my lawyer. so she took all my payments dropped me a...t the end to start all over making one court appearance. She uses her husbands name as he is second in charge at the DA's office to suck you in. and if you are late on a payment. bye bye and thanks for the cash! Stay away from Terri, as the bar association informed me her actions are bad practice. She only cares about when you will phone your payment in. She will not fight for right for a defense and mine was a misdemeanor first time petty offense. Call around before you hire the first lawyer you find. I got a flyer in the mail, apparently she checks arrests and sends flyers for business another bad practice. I did not shop around and was out 700 bucks and got nothing. But it isn't over as i have been informed what to do about lawyers that practice in this fashion. STAY AWAY BAD LAWYER!!
