In his private practice, he has defended a wide array of alleged serious and violent felonies, DUI charges, embezzlement, theft and drug crimes. Finally, he has cultivated unique strategies for serving the California medical marijuana community, providing legal solutions for his clients' increasingly complex business needs, as well as routinely defending cannabis-related felony charges.
Mr. Cope brings to Northern California a wealth of talent, experience, courtroom skill, trial practice and advanced negotiation strategy. He holds a serious commitment to justice and the well-being of every client who retains him. He is here to serve you.

Kieth Cope is a excellent atourney when you need one the most.
Kieth has helped me with my personal legal concerns. Kieth is effective and affordable. He communicates clearly and is honest and strait forward. Some times Kieth is difficult to reach, but i believe, it is a reflection of the high demand for his services. He is a good man!
"I have known Keith for many years. He was an excellent prosecutor with the Shasta County District Attorney's Office during the majority of the time I have known him. He has since left that office to work as a private practice attorney. He has great ability in handling criminal cases, and gets good results for his clients. I highly recommend him."
"Keith is a driven attorney who represents his clients to the fullest. I have known him for a few years and have always found him to be diligent and competent in representing his clients. If you are a client of Keith's you can be sure you are being well represented."
