When I was asked to become the successor trustee for a will/trust, I hired Attorney Ralph Collins. Several issues needed legal advice and action, which was very competently accomplished by Mr. Collins. Mr. Collins worked very professionally and, very important to me, friendly as he represented me as well as the beneficiary of the Trust. Court action, as well as action by the County District Attorney, was necessary and was competently facilitated by Mr. Collins. Mr. Collins always responded to e-mail communications and telephone messages so I always knew the progress and details of the case.
