Horrible attorney. Waste of money and time. Dear in the headlights is exactly an accurate statement. She is extremely unprepared and is very incorrect in statements regarding law in family court. I hired a different lawyer after firing her and discovered she was either lieing to me or was ignorant of... the statues in my case. Her lack of preparation and ignorance in the statues will do more damage to your case than you can imagine. Your bill will seem like she has been diligently working on your case, but your experience in the court will show you you've been bamboozled. If you care about your case, find someone who will too. She is not the one. I only wished I seen the previous reviews throughout the internet prior to wasting energy and money with her.

Kim will tell you one thing and do another. She should not be trusted to represent anyone for important family matters. I initially hoped that despite her cold demeanor and terse approach that she cared. I was wrong. She will not explain the process and will sign things on your behalf without tellin...g you. With Kim, you will be confused, uninformed and misrepresented. The outcome of your case will be what best suits Kim, not you. She will eventually prove to you that she really doesn’t care about her clients, their families or their future.

Kim was amazing at handling my custody case. She stayed in constant contact with me and kept me informed of everything going on. She consistently kept on any paperwork that needed to be completed and made sure it was at court in a timely manner. She's quick and efficient. She was at every court appe...arance on time and prepared. She got me a fair ruling in my case. She is very knowledgable in family law and clearly and thoroughly explained everything to me. She made me feel comfortable and calm just after the initial consult. She made me feel calm and confident by the time I walked out of her office after walking in there extremely stressed out and scared. . I recommend Kim for any of your family law needs.
