My parents and I had a wonderful experience working with Ed and his staff. My parents wanted to create a living trust and I wanted to find someone in the Sacramento area that spoke their native language (Cantonese and Taishanese). English is their 2nd language and it would be hard for them to fully c...omprehend some of those legal questions. I wanted them to feel comfortable in speaking and asking questions without a need for a translator. I’m very happy I was able to come across Ed’s business and after talking directly to him I felt he would be able to communicate just fine with my parents and we set up an initial meeting for my parents to see if they would like to work with him. The rest is history and my parents are overjoyed and I have peace of mind knowing that everything is in order for them.

Wife: Ed was very knowledgeable in helping us complete our trust. This was the first time my husband and I had gone through the steps to complete a trust, so we both had many questions. Ed welcomed all of our questions and was able to easily answer them. Husband: We hired him to create a Trust ...for us. As a lawyer his prime duty was to us, the clients. He showed that duty was second to none through his diligence and communication. During the entire process, Ed greeted us with a smile and an eager willingness to capture our needs and assist us in anyway possible. The official meetings at his office were professional and always welcoming. The back and forth talks through phone calls and messaging were equal to the office meetings. It was always professional and very helpful. When it came to signature day to finalize our Trust, everything was prepared appropriately, minus one typo, which Ed halted everything to correct right there. It was a small and insignificant typo, yet, Ed took the utmost care with handling it immediately because he cared to provide the best to us (clients). We appreciated that. Moving forward, after completing the Trust, Ed still remains vigilant with any of our questions or concerns. He has not faltered on his commitment to us. We truly recommend Ed Fong for anyone's needs tackling a Trust. We don't recommend him simply because of his competence, diligence and communication, but because of his personality and genuine care we felt and received.

Our Family Trust documents were initially prepared in 2004 and had become waaay outdated. In that the attorney that prepared those document had long since retired we hired another attorney that we had used previously for family relatives. After a year of waiting for a product from this attorney, my s...on recommended using Ed Fong who my son has known since early grade school. Ed and his Case Manager, Laurie, jumped on this assignment immediately, starting with a form to fill out, a conference call, and a meeting in his office. Ed touched base with our investment broker's office manager to insure that the trust documents would include language required by the firm to cover changes in the trust's co-trustee as pertained to the investment trust account as well as power of attorney language as pertained to IRA accounts. After my review of a draft set of documents and a couple minor edits, Ed and Laurie visited our home for the multitude of signings needed for the final documents. Shortly thereafter Ed hand delivered the signed documents in a beautifully formatted binder, not only tabbed by section but including explanations in layman's language of the legal language in the documents. Absolutely fantastic job!
