We met with Ed Fong to redo an outdated Trust. My husband and I have a total of 5 grown children from previous marriages so having everything in writing was of the utmost importance. He explained everything about the Trust (revocable vs. irrevocable, division of property, funding the Trust, the impor...tance of listing certain items for distribution, advance health care directive, etc.) in language we could understand. He kept us up to date throughout the 5 weeks it took to complete the Trust. We had the initial consultation where we decided to hire him, met midway to review and clarify details of the Trust and then the final meeting where we signed the Trust.
