I met Carsen almost several years ago when I hired her. My case required a special kind of attorney who could think outside of the box, someone who would know how and when to mediate with the other parties, but also when to bring things to a judge. She is always there to coach me and work through t...he difficult issues that come up with a high tension case. She approaches things differently each time because every day the circumstances are different and I am so thankful for the insight Carsen has had because it has helped me be successful as a parent in getting all of the time I have had with my kid. I would be a total wreck without Carsen's expertise and skills in navigating family law. I am so appreciative of the time and energy she gives. There was a time in my life when I lost all hope of having my son. Desperate, scared and almost hopeless I searched for a lawyer. I had all but given up until I found Carsen Smith.
