Michael G. Abrate has been a life-long resident of Sacramento, California.
He attended Jesuit High School in Carmichael, CA where he was a member of the tennis team.
After high school he attended and graduated from California State University Sacramento with a Bachelor of Arts in Government.
After graduating from California State University Sacramento, he attended the University of the Pacific, Mcgeorge School of Law, where he graduated with great distinction and as a member of the Order of the COIF. In each year at McGeorge, he was recognized as a Dean’s Honor list member and Traynor’s Society Honor List member.
His personal interests include spending time with his family, golfing, and horse racing.

Great Lawyer
Mike put together a living trust for me and my family. He put a lot of effort into making sure our estate plan was personalized and correct. His personal touch was much appreciated. I would refer him to any friend who was looking to get a trust.

Michael is very knowledgeable in the field of estate planning, he is familiar with trusts both living and testamentary and the other tools used to assist clients with health care issues including powers of Attorney , he is highly recommended in this field.
