I paid $175 for a consultation regarding child custody. We had a set time I was suppose to call 9am. I called 3 minutes early and it sounded like Mr. DeFrank had just woke up. He said I thought we said 9am. Um, okay. I let that pass. He had asked me to email him copies of a document the evening prior... and it was very obvious he had not looked at it once. During our 15 minute conversation he made comments that he could file this or that and if he would have looked at the paperwork or let me speak he would have known I had already done so. He speaks over you. When I mentioned I had done a lot of the footwork already he said well you don't know what your doing so I would go in and "fix" everything. Very rude and argumentative and I don't think he even knows what's he's doing. He was all over the place and when I asked him what would be the next clear course of action in moving forward in this case he said pay me. I meant with the case. No professionalism. He didnt have a clear plan and honestly talking with him confused me more. I'm so glad I googled him and saw these reviews because we had an initial good conversation the day before but that was only about 3 minutes and I was ready to hire him until I actually spoke with him for 15 minutes it was clear he didn't know much about the law or what could be done next. It was very obvious he didn't want to be on the phone any longer. He is not the representation you want. He's short with his answers and literally hung up after I told him I wasn't clear on what his plan of action was. He literally said "You can either hire me or not mam'n" lol, what? Go elsewhere. There is a reason he's only charging 2,500 for custody cases. He has no clients.

I paid Joedy $4500.00, for a custody case for my Daughter. He would show up few minutes late, not prepared, send mail to the father-Joedy had the wrong address. He laughed it off like it was not important. Had important documents but did not do anything with the information. Tried to serve the fath...er during court, father would not take the envelope, so Joedy tossed the envelope over to him instead asking the judge could he serve him, then placing it in front of him, the judge spoke to Joedy about his actions. The father painted a bad picture of my daughter, with false information, had no proof, but old slow Joedy did not say, anything he did not object or call me who could of put the father to shame with his false information. Long story made short, Joedy was my daughter attorney who did not stop the court from taking my Daughters' six year old son from. The father never came around the child, never wanted to see the child, now because of Joedy nonactions the father has full custody and no visitation for my daughter. My Daughter does not know where her child is or if he is ok. Joedy is bad for FAMILIES who need good legal assistance.

Mr. De Frank saved my granddaughter's life by insuring she was removed from the custody of her abusive and malicious father. He went far beyond our expectations. He was kind and compassionate to his client and a pugnacious pit bull in the courtroom representing her interests. Thank you, Joedy, we ar...e eternally in your debt.

Joedy represented me on a very difficult case, it was a family law case, I will not go into details on the matter but Joedy worked really hard on getting me legal custody rights for my three children against my children's father and his family. It was a very sensitive and difficult case for the both ...of us. Joedy kept me informed as much as he could given the fact that he had numerous amounts of priority cases other than mine, so I had patience for him when he was unable to get back to me. Overall Joedy represented me well and as hard as we worked he won my case. So I am very happy with the results and I would recommend him to anyone.
