James Michael Gardener

My ex wife and I attempted to use Mr. Gardeners services to mediate our divorce. Bottom line is he produced the most elementary notes similar to that of a third grader. In fact his notes were so bad I am still scratching my head as to what I paid for. On top of that, he repeatedly failed to follow... through on his promises and even failed to simply file court papers. Multiple late emails and he was late to return phone calls. Mr. Gardener is basically an unreliable and moderately incompetent individual. As far as divorces go mine is simple compared to many other people I know. There are no children involved, no real estate and no complicated business issues to deal with. The only issue we were dealing with was spousal support from my simple.W-2 income and a retirement. Thank your for taking the time to review my review of Mr.Gardener. The only good thing he did was refund a portion of monies I paid him. That in its self is proof of his failures. I obviously, astoundingly DO NOT RECOMMEND James Gardener for any of his services.
