Biography
I am a bay area native and received my Bachelor of Science Degree in Political Science from the University of Santa Clara in 1973. I received his Juris Doctorate from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 1978. Upon passing the California State Bar, I immediately opened a private practice in Sacramento from 1978-2000. In 1993, I was certified by the State of California as a Family Law Specialist. In June 2000, I accepted an appointment to the El Dorado County Superior Court as a Family Law Commissioner. I then retired from public office in October of 2008. During my appointment, I presided over hundreds of cases involving family law and juvenile dependency matters as a Court Commissioner. I resumed the practice of law in January 1, 2009 but I have limited my practice to Juvenile and Family Law as follows:

Would not recommend
I would not recommend Greg Dwyer as your family law attorney. He advised my husband and I poorly in our case and caused it to be delayed at least a year in the court system. Best Family Lawyer in Sacramento
As a father I wouldn't put my children's future in anyone else's hands but Greg. He was a judge and can give a realistic expectation of what the result will be, is extremely fair, and no nonsense. I am very thankful.
