Douglas Frank Moreno

Douglas Moreno was highly recommended by his peer to me. Prior to speaking with Mr. Moreno, WorksComp had terminated my case and claimed that I am fully recovered. However, Moreno reinstated my case and continued the case for an additional year until my injury was about 70 percent recovered. I was... astounded when Mr. Moreno won my case with more than double the amount that WorksComp insurance had originally offered for my injury. I highly recommend Mr. Moreno if anybody out there who ever needed his representation for a WorksComp case. Mr. Moreno is the most excellent, professional, competent, firm, honest, capable, clever and respected attorney I have come across.

I was told by another work comp attorney that I had a slam dunk case, but Doug Moreno screwed it up and now I'm near pennyless.When I was looking for a lawyer I met Doug and he was nice at first, but soon afterward it came apparent that Doug was into it just for the money.He went into my deposition c...ompletely unprepared and was outclassed by a much younger attorney. When I called his office to ask a important question he either acted like it was the dumbest question ever ,or simply didn't return my calls.He made me settle my case even though we could have done more.I can go on and on but if you want a arrogant attorney who will belittle you and then win nothing for you he's your man. if you want somebody who will fight for you ,look elsewhere ,hiring Dougles Moreno was the biggest mistake I ever made and I pay for it the rest of my life, don't make the same mistake I made. There are much better work comp attorneys but not much worse .Im not using my real name in fear of retaliation.
