I’m the type of person who is responsible, solves matters on my own to the best of my ability before asking for help and being English is my second language, there was a limit to testify in my case and I reached out for legal counsel. I started to call lawyers who advertise and boast their work on... the web, yet they (two lawyers) rejected my case. Douglas Moreno was highly recommended by his peer to me. Prior to speaking with Mr. Moreno, WorksComp had terminated my case and claimed that I am fully recovered. However, Moreno reinstated my case and continued the case for an additional year until my injury was about 70 percent recovered.
