Brandon Wright

Brandon grew up in the foothills of Yosemite, but traded in the mountains for the beach, where he attended the University of California, Santa Barbra. After receiving his bachelor’s degree in Philosophy with a minor in English, Brandon began a career in Hollywood as a Production Assistant. He worked on dozens of national television and game shows, before deciding to attend law school at Golden Gate University School of Law in San Francisco, California.

While attending law school, Brandon earned a Witkin Award in Constitutional Law and served on the Moot Court Board. After graduating, Brandon moved to the Sacramento area where he has since practiced in both state and federal civil litigation and transactional matters. Brandon joined Smith, McDowell & Powell as an associate in May 2015 and practices in various fields including business transactions, commercial and general civil litigation, employment, real estate, landlord/tenant, construction, entertainment and intellectual property. 

When he is not in the office, Brandon enjoys watching movies and catching up on his favorite television shows. He loves spending time with his beautiful wife, Stephanie, and together they enjoy going to major league baseball games.
