I would highly recommend Barbara. I hired her to setup a QRDO for me. It was not done at the time of my divorce and I knew my ex-husband would not cooperate. Barbara was great. Her professionalism and no-nonsense approach in dealing with my ex-husband succeeded in getting his cooperation without ...needing to go to court. My previous attorney would get into a “power play” when dealing with my ex-husband and everything became a fight which meant court battles and attorney fees. Barbara was firm but professional.
