Biography
I am a California Personal Injury Attorney and have been practicing personal injury law in California for over 28 years.
I represent individuals in California who have been severely injured in automobile accidents, motorcycle accidents, and truck/big rig accidents, who sustain traumatic injuries including, brain injuries, bone fractures, cervical, thoracic and lumbar disc injuries, injuries requiring surgery, or other tramatic injuries which cause permanent lifetime residual injuries and damages. I also handle products liability cases (e.g. defective products that severely injure consumers) and wrongful death cases caused by the negligence of a third party.
I was admitted to the California State Bar in 1989 and have been handling personal injury cases in California for over 28 years.
Unlike many other attorneys who only have a Juris Doctor degree, I obtained a Master of Laws degree from McGeorge School of Law, Sacramento, CA, in 1990 above my Juris Doctor degree.
In the year 2000, at age 36, I was the youngest named partner at the highly prestigious personal injury law firm of Wilcoxen, Montgomery, Harbison and Hinrichsen before opening my own firm on February 4, 2001.
In 2017 I received the National Trial Lawyers Top 100 Civil Trial Lawyers Award for Nothern California.
I run a highly efficient boutique personal injury firm with two very professional staff assistants and each case is always personally handled by me and each client signed up with my firm is given my personal cell phone number to call day or night
