Matthew was recommended to us by my husbands sister and her husband after she had been married and in the USA for a few years. He had handled her K-1 Visa case too and she gained citizenship with Matthew's help a few years before we hired him for my husband's citizenship status. From the moment I cal...led Matthew the first time(he was in Mexico on a vacation with his wife and also out to dinner) he made us feel important and special even though he's done many of these cases. That was the start of a great working relationship. Matthew is extremely organized, always on time(actually he's always ahead of schedule which is so nice!), saved us money in certain instances, and kept all the paperwork simple by tagging all the spots that needed signing and including return envelopes. We had a lot of heart ache in the beginning being so far from each other but Matthew wasn't intimidated by the challenge. He reassured us that he has never lost a case and that he'd do his best to get my, fiancee here asap. He did just that and before we knew it my fiancee was on a plane to Chicago to marry me! Matthew went above and beyond the entire way-from beginning to end of our case. You know what is so sweet that he did? I had hired a surprise videographer to capture my husbands citizenship day and secretly asked Matthew to make a short video to add onto that video at the end. I was expecting a quick blip of Matthew saying congratulations to my husband but no- he put extra effort in and made this super cool mini scripted movie with his wife in it too! We always look forward to that part of his citizenship video! Mr. Udall helped my fiancee obtain her K1 visa. The process was not easy since she lives in annexed Crimea and everything has to go through the Kiev consulate. He contacted the consulate several times too account any problems. He we email me ahead of any deadlines. Every time I was about to write to ...him, I would find that he had already emailed me!
