Alice Ann Strombom

Almost 1 year ago Strombom became my lawyer. I have never talked to her since I signed her paperwork. Nothing, not a word accept that I should settle. The judge has ruled that I get treatment and she says settle and get me paid. She has returned zero phone calls and sttod me up the 7 times that she s...aid that she would call. I am 67 years old and in a lot of pain and she doesn't care. I'll ask her here, again. What have you done for me in the last year? How many times have we spoken, and why don't you call when you say you are going to? Almost a year and no communication. My depression is getting worse and she doesn't care. I am happy share my information with anyone that wants to know. She told me that I am obstructing justice by not settling. How to I explain to the judge that this ripped shoulder is no longer important to me cause she says I should just settle. I have asked what has she done in the last year as my advocate, and she now says it is none of my business. I have the e-mail stating this. A zero would be too high of a rating. Prove me wrong Alice! Nothing in a year, I just don't get it. Nothing, zip, zilch, nada a complete zero. Contact me if you like, I have nothing to hide and I am pissed!

I don't know where to start with my disaster! My complaints would fill a book like war and peace! I told strombom I had a witness and she vehemently told me not to have him appear in court, then we get to the day of the trial and strombom asks me,"where is your witness?" I was enraged! I told strombo...m to subpoena our specialist's whose testimony would have helped our case immensely! She refused to do it! While on the stand defense roasted me while strombom sat back in her chair with her arms folded and never objected to anthing defense brought up! A doctor for defense even committed perjury while under oath and I pointed this out to strombom and she physically hit my arm to shut me down!! My case was a slamdunk to win! Even at the settlement conference when defense showed strombom documentation to hurt my case instead of rebutting defense strombom veraciously came at me accusing me of what defense hammered us with!! As it stands because strombom lost my case I am on SSI and about to be evicted from my house and my job!!! I don't capitalize the s in strombom because I have no respect for this person!! I strongly feel she should be disbarred, she has ruined my life! Last but not least after we lost specific date injury I begged, implored, strombom to file an appeal(petition for reconsideration) and she rebuked me voraciously!!!!

I hired Mrs. Strombom last year. I met with her once and never seen her again. At my appeals hearing, she had another Lawyer handle my case for her because she "couldn't make it". Anytime i call I get the voicemail. I email and call her assistant to no avail. Even when I have been to the point of tea...rs and needed a call back asap regarding my case (important things too like having the insurance co. fax over an authoriztion, prescriptions, etc.) i leave a message stating please call me back or email me which ever one is more convenient, I just truly need a response) It got to a point where I even left a message stating to please let me know if she can no longer represent me to please let me know because no one can talk to me since I have an attorney- still no response. i have been a professional for 10+ years and I never treated any of my clients/customers in this manor. BELIEVE ME- DO NOT HIRE.... NO TIME FOR YOU... YOU'RE NOT IMPORTANT....
