He does not follow through with commitments, does not answer calls or emails in a timely manner (weeks, months) and is unreliable. Sale of our business took 6 months longer than planned.

Totally CLUELESS! We hired Rod to handle a contract in the sale of our business. He did absolutely nothing but waste our time for 2-3 months.
