I have successfully practiced business and employment litigation for more than 20 years before federal, California and Nevada trial and appellate courts. I have conducted numerous jury trials, arbitrations and mediations on a broad range of legal issues including discrimination and wrongful termination claims, wage and hour claims, matters involving corporate and partnership disputes, fraud claims, contract disputes, construction defect claims, real estate litigation, securities litigation, and insurance bad faith claims. In 2005, I successfully argued and obtained a unanimous decision from the California Supreme Court in an insurance bad faith case entitled O’Riordan v. Federal Kemper Life Assurance, (2005) 36 Cal.4th 281. In 2011, after obtaining a jury verdict in favor of my client, I successfully argued and obtained a uninimous decision from the 3rd District Court of Appeals in Holmes v.
