Noel Knight

Noel Knight was an attorney representing my daughter and I in some legal real estate matters involving residentil lease disputes with Landlord. He was very professional in his dealings with both parties, and gave my daughter and I what was needed to resolve the disputes. His demeanor was professi...onal and advice was researced, accurate, and well presented. He is an attorney I would use again for legal advice in real estate matters. I have been a commercial real estate broker in California for over 35 years.

Mr. Noel Knight is a real gentleman and professional, he helped me with few cases the past three years with great degree of success. I was extremely satisfied with his professionalism and knowledge of the cases he took. He was also willing to work with my budget and arranged a payment plan for me tha...t I can afford. Just last moth he helped my sister in law in her case with her landlord and she was extremely happy with the outcome. I would definitely recommend him to everyone I know who needs legal help.

If I had known better at the time I would never have hired him. Having since worked with other lawyers I now know how a "real" lawyer conducts himself. I never once met Noel at an office, always a coffee shop. He took months to finish filing papers that I begged him to complete . Noel Knight should b...e disbarred and never allowed to practice law again.

He was extremely unprofessional. He lacked knowledge and overbilled for his errors. He lied and added charges to the his invoices when he did nothing and then threaten to not continue with you case if you did not pay his incorrect invoice. He should be disbarred. I know of 3 people besides mysel...f he did this to. I finally was able to get another attorney. I will be reporting him to the California Bar. He didn't know enough to file the complaint properly and filed the complaint against the wrong parties. My new attorney had to amend the complaint. On top of all his improper billing he had the nerves to ask for things. I could not take the lack of confident I had in him and also the lack of professionlism. I ended up losing more money then the lawsuit was worth.
