Eminent Domain? Call Gary Livaich!

Saved our bacon in a protracted eminent domain case many years ago. The other side's appraiser used comps that were not allowable, and Gary skillfully yet subtly pointed this out to the court and jury. Gary knows his condemnation law. Thank you!
