Noel Knight

I paid him upfront for services I thought I would get (his request) for a TRO. He took forever to get this done for me. By the time he copied and pasted a generic one, the party had left the country. He has ONE client who he does work for day and night and would not make time for my case even tho he ...asked for payment up front. He should not be practicing law. I asked for a refund and he said no! He said he carried out the work. How? The party was never served because he left the country. I am very disappointed in his capability to practice law. Very unprofessional. He practices out of someone's apartment currently and has no office. Do not hire him.

Mr. Knight is an excellent attorney who has helped me win 2 cases in the past year. He's very knowledgeable and I'd highly recommend him because he is very straight forward and moved along with all the many details of my cases in a very timely matter. He's also very easy to communicate with. ...I'm definitely going to hire him again if I need a lawyer in the future.

I've been working with Noel for the past year and a half. He's managed to help me win 100 thousand in a nasty business dispute. A case in which I had hire other attorneys and they weren't able to help. Noel Knight came into the case and handle it with 100% interest and was on top of the case. He has ...also handled a lot of my business and personal legal affairs. I've recommended Noel to two different individuals and they were both very pleased with his performance. I not only consider Noel my attorney but a friend. I will continue to use him as my attorney for all matters.

He was extremely unprofessional. He lacked knowledge and overbilled for his errors. He lied and added charges to the his invoices when he did nothing and then threaten to not continue with you case if you did not pay his incorrect invoice. He should be disbarred. I know of 3 people besides mysel...f he did this to. I finally was able to get another attorney. I will be reporting him to the California Bar. He didn't know enough to file the complaint properly and filed the complaint against the wrong parties. My new attorney had to amend the complaint. On top of all his improper billing he had the nerves to ask for things. I could not take the lack of confident I had in him and also the lack of professionlism. I ended up losing more money then the lawsuit was worth.
