I practice employment law and related litigation exclusively, representing both employees and employers. I have substantial experience prosecuting and defending claims based on workplace discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and violations of California's wage and hour laws. This experience includes but is not limited to the failure to pay wages, provide rest breaks and meal periods, failure to reimburse business expenses, disability or race discriminaiton, contract claims, failure to engage in the interactive process, and failure to provide a reasonable accommodation. I also have experience prosecuting and defednding representative actions under California's Private Attorney General Act ("PAGA").
