Megan is an awesome landlord-tenant attorney and a really nice, kind, and considerate person too! She helped me win an extremely complicated (criminal squatters in my home with prior experience in forgery, and scamming to make it appear that they have a right to be there) eviction (unlawful detainer)... with skill, patience, determination, and a lot of hard work.
