Megan is an awesome landlord-tenant attorney and a really nice, kind, and considerate person too! She helped me win an extremely complicated (criminal squatters in my home with prior experience in forgery, and scamming to make it appear that they have a right to be there) eviction (unlawful detainer)... with skill, patience, determination, and a lot of hard work. Throughout the eviction process, she proactively maintained great communication to keep me informed of what she was doing and thinking about, issues she ran into, and ways to overcome or work around the issues. Megan also does family law and had some great insight related to the intersection of my eviction complaint with some related property issues in a divorce I was going through.
