I hired Megan to help me evict a tenant after the lawyer I was using provided a 60 day notice to vacate that didn't follow CA law. Megan provided legal notices and had them served. I didn't have to evict however, when the tenant sued me for her moving expenses, Megan helped to prepare my cross compl...aint, put together my evidence, had the tenant served and mailed and emailed evidence to the parties involved. She charges a reasonable rate and has spoken with me many times to go over information or provide advice without charging for each call, text or email. She really wants to help her clients achieve the best possible outcome. I would definitely recommend.
