We hired Megan to prepare a Motion and other legal documents to help a family member in a difficult situation who was being taken advantage of. After an initial consultation, Megan not only caught the fraud, but identified the urgency and worked incredibly hard in a time crunch to protect them. I hired Megan as a consultant to help me in my self-represented grandparent visitation case that was set to go to trial. I had done all of the footwork leading up to the trial but found myself needing legal guidance for how to introduce evidence, compile witnesses and general approach. From the mom...ent I contacted Megan, she helped me tremendously to streamline what was in front of me, and also to zoom out and pay close attention to the main points in my case and what the judge would be paying attention to. This was extremely helpful for me, as my case was emotionally charged and it was easy for me to lose sight of what would be the judge's perspective. Megan met with me to coach me and help me prepare, and although I had already paid for a set amount of consult time, she was very generous with additional time and I knew it was because she cares and wanted to make sure I had all that I needed. She has been awesome from the get go! She is compassionate and professional and I loved the fact that she tells it like it is. After the trial, she has followed up with me to make sure all went well and was available to help me with a post-trial issue. She's great and I would recommend her to anyone.
