Biography
For over twenty-five years, I have dedicated my career to the defense of the criminally accused. Throughout that time, I was required to regularly address my clients' immigration concerns. To better serve my clients, I expanded my criminal defense practice to formally include immigration advocacy.
First and foremost, I am a trial attorney, which means you can take comfort in knowing that if you have to go to trial to safeguard your rights, you are in good hands. I will zealously represent you. And, unlike many criminal attorneys whose practices are limited to state courts, much of my practice involves defending clients in US District Court.
I have represented clients accused of virtually all types of crimes - from homicide, three strikes, federal drug charges, sex offenses, assault, firearms charges, and domestic violence, to misdemeanors, including DUIs, drug offenses, marijuana charges, and juvenile court matters.
We also offer representation in all manner of immigration concerns: family-based petitions, deportation defense, asylum, prosecutorial discretion, and much more.
