I have 24 years' experience representing clients in criminal cases, and handle matters in both Federal and State court. I am an experienced Federal criminal litigator at both the trial court and 9th Circuit levels. I am an author of California Criminal Law Procedure and Practice (CEB) -- the book is considered the Bible of California Criminal Law. I am certified as a Criminal Law Specialist by the California State Bar, Board of Legal Specialization. I am currently the Chairman of the Criminal Law Section of the State Bar of California, where I oversee all of the Committee's publications and free to make an appointment for a case consultation. I am a member of the Anthony M. Kennedy American Inn of Court.
