Ms. Hawk is a young lady who needs to gain more life experience and maintain a more professional image of the DA's office. While she was handling my case, I overheard her say, "F***ing DV victims" on several occasions when speaking of her cases in public. Perhaps a greater breadth of life experience ...would allow her to see beyond her world where the victim of violence is a nuisance, beneath her perceived social status. Her air of condescension toward so many and (undeserved) moral superiority is all the more baffling, given her personal life choices. Another career path might suit her better.
