My office will give you personal service that you often will not find with other lawyers.  I have been helping low income clients for ten years before becoming an attorney and have continued providing those services as an attorney. 

I believe in a holistic approach to the problems that face my clients.  You don't need an attorney who will use a sledge hammer when you really need a scaple. This means that we have to listen and ask questions of our clients to determine what risks they are taking when pleading in a criminal case, or deciding to file for a Chapter 7 or 13.  My work has always been with an eye toward how does this benefit the client and the community or cause a detriment. 

As a criminal defense attorney there is more to your case then simply going to trial.  As a civil rights attorney there are reasons to make the conditions known and to file a lawsuit in order to force changes to the jails and prisons.  As a bankruptcy attorney  you need to determine if you actually need to file or if you can negotiate with your creditors.
