Coleman Louis Segal

Coleman Segal majored in Economics at Michigan Technological University before earning his J.D. at McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento, where he graduated a semester early to get a jump-start on his legal career.

While at McGeorge, Coleman was a member of the competitive Mock Trial team, and worked as a Certified Law Student at the District Attorney's Office in San Joaquin County. Each of these experiences helped shape Coleman into a fiercely competitive litigator.

Coleman added an international perspective to his legal education with course work and internships in Uganda, and an intersession class located in Jerusalem through Hamline University School of Law. His international experience began even earlier, during his time at Michigan Tech. There, he earned a Certificate in Global Technological Leadership after leading and participating in a number of projects in Ghana. This background lends itself to Coleman's work in Family Law and Immigration through his unique perspective on the varying legal structures of other nations and experience working in varied cultural environments.
