Joshua Peter Gotto

Joshua P. Gotto (高涛) is the founder of Gotto Law. He has worked primarily on litigation matters in the bay area and recently completed over 50 hours of continuing legal education focusing on the latest updates to California Will and Trust law and knows how to make sure that property is passed appropriately. He will customize will and trust documents exclusively to your needs to make sure your wishes are carried out.

Before founding Gotto Law, he advised fortune 500 countries in Shanghai on negotiation tactics and contract formation and learned the nuts and bolts of legal practice as an associate at Bowles & Verna, LLP.

He is a 2010 graduate of the University of Arizona where he received both Juris Doctorate and Master of Business Administration degrees. Before law school, Mr. Gotto spent several years studying and working in Shanghai and Beijing, China, where he became fluent in Mandarin and worked as a business and real estate consultant. Mr. Gotto also triple majored during his University of Arizona undergraduate program, where he received degrees in Management Information Systems, Operations Management, and Creative Writing.
