Daryl John Lander

I was very unsatisfied for the following reasons: Phone calls went unreturned on numerous occasions. After the first court date, which didn't go well, he promised to file a motion within a couple months. I couldn't get him to return my call so that we can follow through with the motion as he would ...indicate he was in court. He promised results that were unfounded and one more than one occasion told me things that were entirely false.

Daryl Lander was Lazy , ill prepared for my Divorce case, acted and reassured me this was an easy case, DID nothing for me and let the my ex spouses attorney walk all over him. reminded me of the attorney from the movie My cousin vinny who stuttered and couldn't beat his way out of a wet paper bag. H...e did not win one argument and I ended up pay more support and alimony than what I orginally negotiated myself. To top that off I ended up paying over $80k in back support because as I lost my job and my ex spouse gained employment, i made Lander aware this and he said he would take care of this by filing a modification, I called him several times to remind him of this and he never filed on my behalf, I asked for my money back and he said I did file a lot of paperwork and he could not provide me with a breakdown of costs because he was so unorganized.... this guy is worthless just like the other review said..I would not refer this joker to anyone only if I wanted them to Lose their pants.

Mr. Lander helped me on my child custody case. I had no custody or visitation. Mr. Lander helped me to get time with my kids, and I am working to get more right now. I told Mr. Lander I wanted to tell others about how great he is. I read the reviews on this site. I do not believe the bad review...s. Sounds like they were put there by people that were on the other side. I trust Mr. Lander and know he is a Fantastic Lawyer. I would highly recommend him.
