I hired Mr Welch for a DUI Drug charge. Mr. Welch is a great attorney that truly cares about his clients. He doesn't tell you what you want to hear, he tells you the truth. He is always available and responsive. His office staff is caring and knowledgeable. Mr. Welch is very respected in and out of ...the courtroom. He is definitely not an attorney after your money. He gives everything he has to fight for you and reach a fair, just resolution.

We are still mid-case but I hesitantly (lack of trust for lawyer types) hired Dominic Welch about 3months ago, the evening after my 2nd Dui on 5-3-20. On our first convo he Deffinately made his selling points clear as to why he does what he does and why I should trust him basically with my life (as ...a Traveling construction worker my DL and smaller half of my earned income are 90% of my livelyhood) From Day-1 Dom has been extremely courteous, Flexible, Knowledgeable, Respectful, Personable, Avaliable, Helpful and Informative. I can tell that the man is hectically busy most times I reach out for advice or updates on my case, yet he still makes some time to chat and reassure/update me on both my case and any crazy ideas that I come across. As of now I am still legally able to drive to work and wherever else I need to go, he hasn't sold me any fake dreams in order to get my money, Nor has he asked for anything beyond the price that we agreed to. We ALL know that lawyers are typically Snakes, but this man has NOT given me that impression at all and I am pretty skeptical of any and all those who offer any type of service to me! Dom and his team seem to truely care about the wellbeing of his clients, and they have been exceptionally easy and willing to work with me on any shortcomings or alternative requests that I may have. Krystal is also Awesome! She has been very helpful as well, they have been extremely helpful and understanding when it comes to payments and an issue that I had with my bank a while back. If you have found yourself in a DUI position and your NOT a Moron, HIRE LEGAL AID!! I got completely Shafted on my first DUI (12-24-2014) because I lacked the funds and trust to hire adequate Legal Aid (1.5yrs no license and 5+Yrs of court fine payments) if you care at all about the outcome of your conviction, do yourself a favor and hire Dominick Welch!

In short, this man knows what he’s doing. If you’re someone like me who did not know where to start at resolving an issue this man will get you to where you want to be and makes the whole process comfortable and non-stressful. His office will send out any updates on your case as soon as he knows any ...information as if you were there that moment where he was informed. I couldn’t ask for any better person to represent me in court. His number is locked in my phone.

This was my third DUI and I thought for sure I would have to spend some jail time. However, Dominick was able to get all jail time served as Home Arrest. Also, the prices are reasonable and if for some reason you violate your probation he is still there to assist you at a reasonable cost. I would ...highly recommend Dominick Welch for any of your DUI needs.
