Following four years of active duty in the United States Navy submarine corps, in 2008 I graduated magna cum laude from San Diego State University, with a Bachelor of Arts in psychology. Thereafter, and while serving in the Navy Reserve, I obtained my law degree in 2012 from University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, graduating in the top 5% of my class. In 2011 and 2012, I competed on McGeorge's Mock Trial Competition Team and, after winning the Texas Young Lawyers Association Regional Championship (Northern California and Nevada), advanced to the TYLA National Competition, where I was nominated for Nation's Top Advocate in March of 2012.
In my third year at McGeorge, and as a Certified Law Student, I practiced indigent criminal defense with the Federal Public Defender of the Eastern District of Sacramento. Having worked for and with some of Sacramento's most seasoned and effective litigation attorneys, I decided to start my own law firm and to utilize the lessons and tactics I've learned to bring my clients the very best results in what are often difficult, stressful cases.
My firm, Danielson Kim Law Group, focuses on judgment enforcement, debtor/creditor law, and real estate matters.
I enjoy power boating and kayaking on the Sacramento and American rivers, and am an avid traveler, having visited 29 countries across Europe, Asia, and Central America.

"Anthony was kind enough to give me advice when I ran into issues collecting commerical debt for my client. He is extremely knowledgeable and I would not hesitate to recommend his legal services."
"Anthony and I were opposing counsel on a civil litigation matter. I was impressed with Anthony's litigation strategy. Anthony represented his client with zeal but maintained a professional relationship throughout the case. Good work!"
"I endorse this lawyer. Tony is a gifted young attorney. He excels in the courtroom and has no fear of trial, but also understands that a fair settlement may be in the client's best interest."
"“In a recent real estate lawsuit, I represented the home buyer, and Mr. Danielson represented the seller. He tenaciously represented his client's position throughout the case and presented well-reasoned defenses. He was an energetic and aggressive advocate for his client, and yet he exercised restraint when it was clear that a collaborative approach would be needed to settle the suit on terms acceptable to both sides. If you find yourself on the wrong end of a lawsuit, you won’t find a more zealous defender than Mr. Danielson.”"
"Mr. Danielson shines in the court room and provides excellent service to all his clients. I highly endorse this attorney"
