To read this review is disappointing considering we represented this client twice and both times we forgave about 25% of the remaining bill and we got good results. The last time we represented this client it was for a trial where the spouse was looking to terminate post-judgment support, and we won. Both times we represented this client it was on a limited-scope agreement so there was always the ability to pursue the set-aside of the MSA with other counsel. In fact, it was advised to do so. Last month I was contacted for another hearing and then was again requested to handle the MSA set-aside as a side issue. Again we made it clear to consult another attorney for the MSA matter and in fact to get a 2nd and 3rd opinion. During this last contact requesting our services and to set aside the MSA, we were not the attorney of record and therefore did not drop the case for a more lucrative client. In fact, we offered to handle the upcoming hearing as before but advised on getting a 2nd and 3rd opinion elsewhere for the MSA. We take pride in representing our clients and we get results no matter how difficult the issue. If we cannot help with your case or we are not the right fit, it shouldn’t be personal.
