Deborah Fayre Brown

At the time Deborah F. Brown, Consultant III Specialist within DFEH (now called Civil Rights Department of CA) disregarded my evidence and based her decision on what was -told- to her despite the evidence I provided. My former landlord & owner of the complex knew about my disability and how it was ex...acerbated. Though I was offered a closer covered parking spot, the email correspondences I provided to her, show that when I asked which spot would it be and when can I have it changed, the landlord or owners NEVER responded, even when I sent follow-up emails. In fact, they never even told Deborah where the answers to these questions either because when asking Deborah for them, she NEVER told me herself also. Because of the mere "offer" WITHOUT action, my case was closed. She "seemed" nice, especially when we met in person. However, no matter how many times I tried questioning why my case was closed, she ignored my correspondences!
