She also has worked as an investigator on homicide, sex crimes and gang-related crimes, as well as on employment and housing discrimination matters. Her experiences honed her ability to investigate and evaluate situations thoroughly under deadline pressure, and to relate well with a wide range of individuals from diverse backgrounds.
