Jessica Ann Ryan

Jessica Ryan Keeney is licensed by the State Bar of California to practice law. She earned her Juris Doctorate from Lincoln Law School of Sacramento, earned her Bachelor of Arts in Economics from California State University of Sacramento and earned her Associate Degrees in Liberal Arts and General Studies from Sierra College of Rocklin, California.  She was the Lassen County Department of Child Support Services for about three and a half years and was the Plumas County Department of Child Support Services Attorney. She has been the City Attorney for the City of Susanville from about July 2015 to the present.

 

For as long as she can remember, Jessica wanted to be a family law attorney so she could help families in need. Now, Jessica is happy to serve primarily serve Lassen County as well as serve Modoc County, Plumas County, Sacramento County, Placer County, Yolo County, El Dorado County and Nevada County as a family law attorney. She helps people with such matters as divorce/dissolution, legal separation, child custody, child visitation, child support, spousal support, domestic violence restraining orders and civil harassment restraining orders.

Jessica is currently building a 1917 Model T Speedster. For years she was an active member of the NorCal Regional Group of the Horseless Carriage Club of America and the Mother Load Model T Club. Jessica also enjoys photography, knitting, crocheting, sewing, jewelry making, gardening, water skiing, hiking, camping, backpacking, touring in antique cars, competing in natural bodybuilding and doing ultramarathons (which are footraces longer than 26.2 miles).
