Choosing Christopher L Kreeger to represent your interests would be a very wise choice.

Christopher L Kreeger is a knowledgeable, genuine, honest, friendly, and all in all an excellent attorney and gentleman. The accident connected with this representation occurred June 1 and the case fully settled very acceptably on January 17. There were three parts to the case. They were Property Damage, Personal Injury, and Diminished Value (Diminution on Value). The Property Damage claim was pretty straight forward and per Chris did not require representation to collect for the $7,300.00 repair of the damaged 2010 Camaro. The Personal Injury claim was a battle, a tough negotiation between Chris and a very stubborn Insurance company. Chris was able to negotiate to almost double the initial offer made by the Insurance Company. A very acceptable resolution was achieved in my opinion. Finally there was the Diminished Value. I acquired a Professional Report that set the fair market value of the Camaro at about $31,000 and determined that the Diminished Value range was $3,800 to $7,000. The Insurance Company's original offer was $0. After a lot of negotiating between Chris and the extremely stubborn Insurance Company a settlement of $2,500 was arrived at and agreed to. Being that there is no case law in California to support DV claims I believe this is an excellent achievement on the part of Chris and speaks highly of his negotiation skills. In my opinion, choosing Christopher L Kreeger to represent your interests in any legal case or negotiation would be a very wise choice.

Chris focused on managing the details of my case while allowing me to focus on "Getting Well!"

After I was injured I spent many hours away from my business and family seeking medical care. I was in pain and it was a very stressful situation. Chris went the extra mile to get to know me as an individual and he was an advocate in protecting my best interests. He provided access to him directly on a regular basis and with knowledge, logic, and integrity; he took care of my case allowing me to focus on “getting well.” I am very satisfied in the outcome of this lawsuit and I have no regrets in hiring Chris Kreeger. Surprised !

I’m charged with a jail I didn’t dedicate and when I turned into extradited from my kingdom once more to California he had me out and on a plane in 25 hours after arriving. And the bond was dwindled from 50k to 10 ok on a Saturday no much less which I actually have in no way heard of being done earlier than. Thx Christopher and your crew as properly, my partner and I understand that.

Grateful for Chris Kreeger of Rosenthal & Kreeger

We were referred to Chris Kreeger of Rosenthal & Kreeger by a mutual friend of ours. December, 2016 our 17 year old son was a passenger in a pickup truck that lost control on a rainy night. The driver drifted his truck which ended up in a ditch and my son hit his head and suffered a traumatic brain injury. Unfortunately, there was not a police report filed and they were towed out of the ditch by a passerby. This was a life changer for our entire family as he had to drop out of his high school and leave his friends. He was forced to go on independent study as his school didn’t have the resources to work with him so that he could graduate on time. It has taken this many months for him to heal from this accident, not only physically but socially and emotionally. We felt like we constantly had to defend him even though there were witnesses and text messages that verified that this accident happened. As our out-of-pocket medical expenses started to accumulate and the “unknown” of how the drivers insurance was going to handle the claim/settlement and lien letters in our mailbox weekly, we decided to contact Chris Kreeger for help. Chris has the tenacity of a bulldog! He believed in us, fought for us and did not give up until he was satisfied with the settlement offer. He was able to reduce the medical liens significantly which resulted in more compensation for our son, something we never would have been able to handle on our own. We feel validated and we are so grateful for Chris and his amazing staff for all of their support throughout this emotional process. Chris, Shannon & everyone at Rosenthal & Kreeger have been professional, responsive & kept me informed forth duration of my case

After being hit in a front-end collision, I didn't know how long my recovery would be and Rosenthal & Kreeger basically help my hand the whole way. Multiple bouts of physical therapy & finally shoulder surgery to repair a tear that just would not heal. My settlement was much, much more than I ever anticipated and that may happened because Chris is the lawyer he is... smart, responsive, informative, and will make sure you are protected the entire time. Heaven forbid I ever need Rosenthal & Kreeger again, but driving in California , it's no a questions of if you'll be an accident, but when. I had been working with an attorney who referred me to Chris Kreeger to handle the litigation part of my case.

I had been a part of a red-light runner who totaled my car and me! Three years later I am still healing and recovering from a neck and back injury as well as a traumatic brain injury. It is not easy to work with others when you are in pain or cannot think correctly due to cognitive issues. My own family was even less supportive with not fully understanding all the issues. This was not the case with Chris Kreeger and his staff. For being prominent busy attorney, Chris always had time for me if I stopped by the office and always took my phone calls. His understanding of my issues and what needed to be done was awesome! Finally, I did not have to worry about my case - I had full confidence in him and whatever he told me to do - I did it. He took away any anxiety, prepared me along the way of what to expect, answered all of my questions over and over again and just gave me the opportunity to work on healing my body while he handled all the legal work. His staff is just as outstanding as the receptionist was always very pleasant and helpful and his legal assistant Shannon always knew what was happening, had contact with doctors, knew right away without looking up my case the answers to my questions! It has been a pleasure to have Rileigh call whenever a question came up. She was always pleasant to talk to and made me understand that things were going to be ok. Time did seem to drag, but we were very pleased with how it ended. Truly, we did not think there was going to be any money left over at first. The bills were frightening. Let us hope that we will not need to hire an attorney again, but if we did, we would not hesitate to call your office. We would have never known how to handle these problems that came up in my case. I would highly recommend them their office.

I was injured at a restaurant because of a faulty stool that I was sitting on, it collapsed I fell and suffered a compound fracture that required surgery. I was in the hospital for over a week. I was worried about the hospital bills, and did not know what to do. I found Rosenthal & Kreeger law office I called and was able to get in the same day to meet with them. They were able to help me get my hospital bills paid and also a settlement. Mr. Kreeger, and his staff were very helpful throughout the entire processes. I would highly recommend them their office.

I retained Rosenthal & Kreeger LLP in 2014 when my dog and I were injured in a motor vehicle accident.

The other party was at fault, and my dog required immediate surgical repair of a fractured limb or risk potential amputation. I had no idea how to maneuver in the confusing, often hostile medical and legal labyrinth which had suddenly become my world. Easy to talk to and kept me well informed about my options.

I was in 2 car accidents, hit by 2 different people, 2 weeks apart.
