Assad A. Hafeez

Assad Hafeez of Legal Strategies Company comes from a rare immigrant family. Although born in Sacramento, CA, his parents are from two different sides of the world; Colombia and Pakistan. He was influenced by two different cultures and faiths. He enjoys representing people of all backgrounds. Hafeez speaks Spanish.

Before completing his legal studies, he studied International Relations, honing research, writing, and analysis skills, with great awareness of the politics and issues that affect different countries; he is familiar with the global organizations that produce helpful reports for cases. Before practicing law, Hafeez competed in several Immigration Moot Court Competitions that prepared him for Appeallate arguments and review of court decisions and records.

Hafeez's experience and dedication produce results, winning Asylum in 'hard to reach' places like Mexico, El Salvador, Guatemala, and Honduras. Hafeez is resourceful in his case preparations, taking the time and care required to ready clients for their day in court. Hafeez also represents couples and families petitioning for citizenship and green cards in Sacramento.

As a member of the CA bar, his practice includes California law, advocating for landlords and property owners wrongfully affected by county and city municipal codes.
