This is my personal experience with Ashley Rene Amerio. My case management was severely lacking. There were instances where I felt I was misled regarding the status and details of my case. It seemed that multiple attorneys cycled through the office, none appeared to have a solid grasp of my case. An... overall lack of effort in advocating for my interests. Unfortunately, this culmination of issues led to a settlement that did not meet my expectations. I strongly believe that with more attention and diligence, my case could have resulted in a much more favorable outcome.

I’ll start by saying I would give zero stars if it were an option. Amerio Law, Ashley Injury Lawyers, whatever they are calling themselves these days are the epitome of why attorneys are so disliked. They agreed to take my personal injury case on contingency 3 ½ years ago even though they were probab...ly not qualified to handle what essentially was a medical malpractice case. My guess is they were hurting for revenue during the height of Covid. I am not even sure they had an attorney to work the case until last year. They puttered around and kept me in the dark for the most part and suddenly called me and said as a matter of a previously overlooked housekeeping chore, my wife and I needed to sign electronic substitution of attorney forms and we trustingly did so. The very next day, I received another call telling me they were dropping the case for business reasons. I now know that having us sign the substitution of attorney forms under false pretense was so they would not have to go back and explain to The Court why they were dropping the case. Basically, they made it look like we fired them! To add insult to injury, they quickly filed a lien against any future settlement proceeds making it virtually impossible to find another attorney to accept the case. My advice is to stay as far away from this law firm as possible!

I was in a rollover car accident in February 2020. This was the first car accident I'd ever been in. I was driving to lunch and was hit by a vehicle and my car was flipped three times and landed on the roof of my car. The other car was completely at fault. When I contacted the other vehicle owners in...surance they wanted to give me $2350 because I was not injured more severely. So I called Amerio law firm and spoke with Donna and she informed that I wouldn't get what I deserved without an attorney. She explained how everything worked and what needed to be done. She told me to think about it and call her later. That night my husband and I spoke and decide to call donna back and get the ball rolling. Donna stayed after her normal work hours to meet with me after hours. She sat down with my husband and I and explained everything to us in detail so we understood what would happen. She was patient and knowledgeable. Within 2 months of signing our contract with her she had the whole case resolved and got us exactly what we deserved without any inconvenience on our part. I would recommend Amerio law firm to everyone I know that needs an attorney. Don't try to deal with the insurance companies by your self because they don't want to help you they want to help themselves.

My husband lost his job of 15 years and because of our age it wasn't that easy to find another. Short after that I got hospitalized with a Chronic Illness and then we found out my husband was exposed to agent orange during his time in the Vietnam War. Debtors were about to drive me crazy with everyth...ing that happened, we fell far behind. Bankruptcy was our best option. I called Mrs. Amerio's law firm and they set me up on a payment plan to pay for attorney and filing fee's. Everyone I talked to was so helpful and understanding. I received paperwork to help me every step of the way and Sandy at the office was so patient with me. Now we're able to take care of our Health and the stress has almost totally lifted. My husband has a new job. Thank you Mrs. Amerio.

I was in a passenger in a terrible rollover car accident in April of 2016. I had no idea how to go about anything. The insurance companies were calling me daily and I didn't know what to say.
